PRICING DETAILS:

COST -
$525 with your online booking discount. This includes 17 total vents (supplies + returns). Each vent over 17 will be an additional $20. Plus any applicable fees listed below.

IMPORTANT: THERE IS A $525 MINIMUM SERVICE COST. IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 17 VENTS (supplies + returns) YOUR COST WILL STILL BE $525 WITH THE ONLINE BOOKING DISCOUNT. PLUS ANY APPLICABLE FEES LISTED BELOW.

$0 - additional fee if furnace(s) is located in garage.
$25 - additional fee if furnace is located outside of home/garage.
$25 - additional fee if furnace is located inside house on main level.
$50 - additional fee if furnace is located upstairs.
$50 - additional fee if furnace is located in attic on main level.
$75 - additional fee if furnace is located in 2nd story attic.
$50 - additional fee if furnace is located in basement/downstairs.
$150 - for each additional Furnace/HVAC Unit.

TIPS FOR GETTING YOUR COST DIALED IN
​
1. Count all of your supply air vents (the ones that blow air out).
2. Count all of your return air vents (the ones that pull air in). DO NOT count vents located in the wall directly above doors. These are "pass-through" vents not connected to the furnace that simply allow for air to pass through from the room to the hallway. In more recently built homes, pass-through vents are often found in the ceiling of bedrooms furthest away from the furnace (typically on the opposite side of the house from where the furnace is located). They usually pass through to the ceiling just outside the door, nearby hallway, or other nearby space. The pass-through duct covers are often of a smaller square, or rectangular shape. Not sure If a vent is a pass-through vent? Simply turn on your air system, grab a thinner type trash bag, and put it up to the vent. If the bag does not suck-up to it, it is likely a pass-through.
3. Add up you total number of supply and return vents. If you have 17 or less, your cost will be $525 with your $25 online booking discount + any applicable fees listed above - OUT THE DOOR. If you have more than 17 supply/return vents, each vent over 17 will be an additional $20 plus any applicable fees listed above - OUT THE DOOR.
ATTENTION PLEASE: HyperClean services Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Emmet, Horseshoe Bend, Mountain Home and other nearby cities. There is a $100 travel fee to Emmet, Horseshoe Bend, Mountain Home and other locations of similar distance from where we are now headquartered in Canyon County.
