IMPORTANT: Sorry for any inconvenience, but if your home is more than 2,500 square feet, has more than one furnace, or if the furnace is located in the attic, or crawlspace, please book a morning time slot only. Thank You! DISCOUNT DETAILS: Book Air Duct + Dryer Vent Cleaning online now and your technician will give you $50 off when payment is due upon completion of services. Dryer vent cleaning is only $50 (normally $125) with air duct cleaning. There is no additional charge for dryer vents that go through the roof when booked with air duct cleaning. PRICING DETAILS:  COST -  $495 ($445 with the online booking discount. Includes air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning). This includes 17 total vents for the air duct cleaning service (supplies + returns). Each vent over 17 will be an additional $20. Plus any applicable fees listed below. IMPORTANT: THERE IS A $495 MINIMUM SERVICE COST (Includes air duct cleaning + dryer vent cleaning). IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 17 VENTS (supplies + returns) YOUR COST FOR AIR DUCT CLEANING + DRYER VENT CLEANING WILL STILL BE $495 (ONLY $445 WITH THE $50 ONLINE BOOKING DISCOUNT). PLUS ANY APPLICABLE FEES LISTED BELOW.       POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:  $0 -  additional fee if furnace(s) is located in garage. $25 - additional fee if furnace is located outside of home/garage. $25 - additional fee if furnace is located inside house on main level. $50 -  additional fee if furnace is located upstairs. $50 -  additional fee if furnace is located in attic on main level. $75 - additional fee if furnace is located in 2nd story attic.  $50 -  additional fee if furnace is located in basement/downstairs. $100 -  for each additional Furnace/HVAC Unit. $150 -  additional fee if furnace is located in crawl space. ​​ ​IMPORTANT: There is a $50 travel fee to Emmet, Horseshoe Bend, Mountain Home and other cities of similar distance from Boise.
